1. Applicability & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Advisors, Network Partners, Associates, and Above-Rank
Participants working with Our Educational Institute on a referral, advisory, or network marketing basis.
By registering or continuing to work with the institute, the Advisor confirms acceptance of all terms stated
herein.
2. Advisor Registration & Working Structure
Registration through the official system is mandatory. The Advisor must follow the institute’s network
marketing model, referral rules, and reward structure.
The Advisor is an Independent Advisor and not an employee of the institute.
3. Promotion Policy
Promotions are evaluated annually on a Financial Year basis from 1st April to 31st March.
Successful achievement of targets shall make the promotion effective from the next financial year.
4. Code of Conduct
Advisors must follow ethical sales practices. Mis-selling, guaranteed returns, misleading promises,
forced investments, and cross-team poaching are strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
Negative activities against the institute, spreading misinformation, disturbing network structure, and
selling unauthorized products are forbidden.
6. Regulatory Compliance
The Advisor must comply with SEBI regulations, broker guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and data
protection laws.
7. Institute Rights
Our Educational Institute reserves the right to suspend, terminate, modify policies, and take legal action
where required.
8. Confidentiality
All business, investor, and internal data must remain confidential. Sharing such information is strictly
prohibited.
9. No Employment Relationship
The Advisor is not an employee and is not entitled to salary or statutory benefits.
10. Disciplinary Action
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, or legal proceedings.
11. Final Acceptance
By continuing association with Our Educational Institute, the Advisor agrees to comply with all Terms &
Conditions.
